Why is that important? Our therapists understand the goal of treatment and how critical home healthcare can be in helping a patient achieve the correct outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.

 

​Aspire Home Health  therapists have the highest level of clinical experience and education, and the majority still practice in large outpatient orthopedic clinics within the local area. How does that separate Aspire Home Healthcare from all other home health providers? We can provide continuity of care. Once the patient becomes independent enough to progress from home healthcare to skilled outpatient therapy, often the same therapist in an outpatient clinical setting can see that patient. This builds report, trust, and facilitates proper goal setting.  All of Aspire therapists also maintain excellent communication with the orthopedic surgeons, physicians, rheumatologists, podiatrists, and their staff to help facilitate proper care guidelines.
